Just added a .32 Self Loader 3rd variation to my H&R collection manufacture date is 1923.

That is an awesome little .32; thanks for sharing. Have you be able to get out and shoot it yet?

Yeah I got out yesterday for some shooting. Only fired 10 rounds just for testing purposes, 73gr fmj. Fired flawlessly, sights are something I will have to adjust too lol.
What I like about these old guns is you can see where Browning was headed before he got to the 1911. The beaver tail safety, mag button, it's all the thought process evolving. Without this gun there is no model 1911. This gun is a part of the story and history of the 1911's creation and development even though Colt rejected it. |
